  •     Scheduling Your Tattoo Appointment:

If you haven't already scheduled your tattoo appointment after your consultation with your artist, please feel free to contact us via Facebook, Instagram, or our website to set up your appointment.

  •     Booking Your Tattoo Date:

To secure your tattoo appointment, we require a non-refundable $150 deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo.

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellations with less than 72 hours notice, this amount will be forfeited to cover the artist's work time.

  •     Artwork Previews:

Our shop policy typically doesn't require artists to send designs before the appointment date.

The artist will be working on your design based on the information/references that you sent or brought to the consultation.

Most often, artists start working on the client's design between 24 and 72 hours before the appointment. Whether or not an artwork preview is sent before the appointment depends on the agreement between the client and the artist.

  •     Changes to the design:

If you need to change the concept of your design you must contact us at least 3 days before your appointment so we can check with the artist about the need to schedule a new consultation.

On your appointment date, the artist will show you the artwork, and if you need any changes that are not on the full concept of the original project, the artist will be working on the same day.

  •     Rescheduling Your Appointment:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours notice. We can push your deposit to a second date if you meet this requirement. We allow a maximum of 2 reschedules per deposit.

  •     Preparation is Key:

Hydration, adequate rest, and having a balanced meal before your appointment are essential to ensure your body is well-prepared for the tattooing process.

Please avoid alcohol and blood-thinning substances in the 24 hours leading up to your appointment.

  •     Dress Comfortably:

Wear loose and comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area where you'll be tattooed

  •     Numbing Cream

If you are considering using numbing cream for your tattoo appointment, please contact your artist in advance. Numbing cream can affect the tattooing process, and it's important to discuss this with your artist to ensure it aligns with their techniques and preferences.

  •     Procedure Room Access:

Only the client and the artist are allowed in the procedure room during the tattoo session. However, guests are welcome to wait in our waiting area.

  •     Refreshments:

You are welcome to bring soft drinks and snacks into the procedure area for your comfort. Please avoid bringing full meals.

  •     Temperature Inside the Shop:

Please be aware that, for sterility reasons, the temperature inside our shop can feel quite cold for some clients. We recommend dressing in a cozy outfit and bringing a small blanket or jacket to ensure your comfort during the tattooing process.

We are committed to ensuring a positive and enjoyable tattooing experience for you. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to creating beautiful art with you!
